Walked in for a “walk in” for my 10yr old son. Waited patiently for the stylist to finally come out from the back room. She took him to her booth. Requested a burst fade. She said “Oh that’s not me” and walked away. Left him sitting in the chair with no explanation. After realizing what she did and that she was serious, we left and will never return.
We have gone here twice for my kids to get hair cuts. The ladies do a decent job and my kids like their haircuts. However, I'm giving a three star review due to the fact that the second time we went they had a HIHGLY inappropriate movie playing with a lot of profanity and sex talk. That is not something I want my kids to be exposed to so I doubt I will go back again. For a hair salon that cut kids' hair, they need to be more mindful of what they have playing on their TV or even better, keep it off.
I asked for a Bob style haircut I don't think she knows how to do one all she did was cut straight across in the back your suppose to go underneath and shape so it it looks like it's curved under but she blowed it dry curling it under then charged me for drying it $40 then on the register screen it says tip 3 options lowest one was 20% so I ended up paying $48 for what I just asked for a haircut needless to say I will never ever go back there
