We made a reservation for a Valentine's Day dinner at the Twisted Cork. It was our first time dining there. Our server, Rowan, was excellent. We ordered the beet salad to share, and the kitchen split the salad into separate bowls for us. For entrees, Kris got the scallops, and I had the brisket. Don't be put off by the brisket looking a bit like a hockey puck - it was moist and flavorful, with no gristle and very little fat. We shared the posset for dessert. Best Steak I've had in years!
My husband and I went to Twisted Cork and had an incredible experience. We had drinks, I had a glass of local red wine, and he had a Manhattan- both were great. We started our meal sharing the steamer clams (I could have eaten the broth like soup) and Rogue Chicken Salad- we opted to have the pomegranate vinaigrette rather than blue cheese dressing- and it was incredible. We had the best date night here! The waitress was so sweet, quick and friendly, and both the prime rib and the brisket was mouthwatering delicious. Not to mention those whipped sweet potatoes! Definitely will be back!
