One house is not level and the other seems to have a damp problem. Those are the only complaints I have. I wasn't on roller skates so I wasn't really bothered by the slope, but it is noticeable. The damp house has a dehumidifier so that issue is solved as well. There is plenty of space to enjoy the river or any other amenities. The pool table is level and the fire pit is in a great place.
