Brian is one the most organized builder I've worked with. One of the first signs of a great builder is how he handles his schedule. We are given a 2-4 week heads up on all our jobs! He is Honest, Hardworking, Hands-on, Timely, and VERY professional. Twelve Oaks completed a total restoration of our home in Hilton Head, SC. Brian built our custom home in Port Royal Plantation and the construction quality far exceeded our expectations. My project was to take 5 weeks...it took 5 months! When I asked for some consideration for my holding costs for the extra time, all I got was threatened by the owner Brian Quinn. Stay away from this company!!!
