I have had to visit the emergency department twice in the last 12 months. Both times the staff have been amazing. I was seen to so quickly. And wasn’t even in the waiting room for 10 minutes. The nurses and doctors were caring and empathetic. My problems were addressed straight away and I was on my home without all the unnecessary waiting around, but I wasn’t made to feel like just a number and hurried out of there. Thanks to the doctors and nurses for doing such an awesome job.

I presented at triage with septic yoe and was made to stand and wait while admin officer sat and did nothing.

I'm really glad I could get my finger treated at the hospital, after I got a big cut. I'm very thankful for the care from Dr. Holly, Dr. Kiri and all the staff.

Visiting from Melbourne when my son suddenly became ill with a non-blanching rash — a very scary situation for any parent.
