The Tweed Hospital : Emergency department

I was told by my doctor to go to the emergency department at Tweed Valley Hospital. The doctor who was supposed to handle my problem was absolutely obnoxious and sent me away. Definitely in need of some customer relations training. If you can't handle the job "LEAVE" or work on your "ATTITUDE". You are not GOD, get of the CROSS we need the wood. We have all heard of Dr Dolittle but this was Dr Donothing.

THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM of this Department!! I had my first Beautiful Hospital experience from triage to nurses to doctors … everybody is friendly and caring and tries Hard to diagnose and help as quickly as possible… Nurse Gemma is worth her weight in gold… thank you so much guys

We are lucky to be in Australia! I am 58 I had an unscheduled ct scan of my brain,showed concern,Dr sends me to emergency 4.30pm 11.30 pm still waiting. I went home and returned in the morning different chicken this time 20 mins in Sayed overnight MRI and LP ,3 attempts,last time with radiology... Safe bill of health thankyou Medicare. I would of been out of pocket thousands with Private health. The Drs are top notch they explain in structured compartmental details. BUT! Night time staff and the whole night thing is eerie! We went to this hospital yesterday after slipping and hurting my knee. I was met by the lovely trearge nurse at the front desk. Then treated very quickly by a lovely Dr. After xrays and further treatment I went home. The wonderful staff at this hospital were very efficient and caring.
