Very happy with the black suit I rented. The quality was great, and I save money because I did not need to buy a new black suit. The custom button up shirt that I bought fit perfectly. Will definitely go back in the future. Won was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed as soon as I walked in.
Extremely extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I had booked an appointment and “helped” by a French accented woman - who made very minimal effort to guide and provide me with a rental tux for my wedding. Did not measure my sizes appropriately, initially did not provide pants to try with the blazer, they do not provide a dress shirt to try underneath the blazer and the blazer is way too roomy at the front. Won is the absolute best. I was in a tight spot, needed a tux on the same day. I got lucky and caught him when he had a few minutes to spare. He set me up with a great outfit, was such an easy guy to get along with and was just on it. Highly highly recommend. He will forever be my go-to guy. And I live way out of town.
We went there last minute, 1 day after the event and the guy was so nice, he find a really good suit for both of us, and he didn’t charge the last minute fee He said with appointment is better, I can imagine the attention in that situation Definitely 7 stars
