I had a great experience living here, largely thanks to the support provided by Marissa and the entire office staff. From day one, Marissa and her team have been incredibly helpful, approachable, and attentive. Their cooperation and willingness to go above and beyond made living here a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a well-managed and resident-focused apartment complex.
We were searching for apartments in the area and Marissa is extreme helpful. Have been doing apartment living for the last 8 years and this was by far the nicest, smoothest interaction with any apartment manager. Thanks for all your help!
Lived here for a little over three years. First year was pretty okay. Not great the last two. I decided to break my lease because i had an insane roach infestation after a neighbor moved, treatments didn’t help. Don’t live downstairs, you will get small roaches, big roaches, rollie pollies, spiders, EVERY bug EVER! Apartment was old and every problem was just quickly patched up. Wouldn’t replace my leaking dishwasher, just patched up the seam so it would continue to leak on random. My window would leak when it rained hard, p... read more
We had some issues with some payment on move-in but Marissa in the front office went above and beyond, even helping us contact the third party deposit company to help get everything sorted and taken care of extremely fast. I'm always getting an answer when I call the front desk and the whole move in and approval process was simple and quick.
Terrible, just terrible, find a different place to live lmao
