Marissa has been super kind and helpful. I appreciate her patience with me. I had so many questions and requests. I have been living here for a few months and love it, it is clean, quiet, and my family loves to use the amenities.
I have been a resident here since February 2022 and to be quite honest I am more and more disappointed with this community by the day. The price and the location is nice and maintenance will come out the same day if you put in the work order during business hours. Marissa and Tabatha are nice and are willing to work with you. The property manager Marissa Is someone that I would never want to rent from ever again. Very unprofessional and lazy if you ask me, I moved in and was not even shown the apartment was not told where to park and had my car towed the first day I got there. If you open up a claim for maintenance, be prepared to wait 2 to 3 days sometimes even longer for somebody to show up. Lived here for almost 4 years with no problems. Maintenance comes quick when something leaks or breaks, the apartment was great for the price, and the desk staff (shout out to Marissa!) was always nice. Location is good as long as you work nearby, but if you get a cheaper apartment don't expect to have space to host a bunch of people.
Lovely neighborhood, close but not too close to everything and peaceful living. Great for kids and pet parents. 10/10
