I’ve been living at Tuscany Apartments for several years, and I can honestly say the best thing that’s happened recently is having the previous maintenance team back — Andy and los Ramones. When they were gone, it could take one to two weeks to get even simple work orders done. Now, with them back, everything gets fixed quickly and efficiently. They are professional, friendly, and truly care about the residents. I’m very happy to see them here again, and I hope they stay for a long time!
Term : 2 Years - ongoing Unit : Spacious, Laundry room and gas stove. Private patio and balcony, garage. Maintenance : I haven't had major repairs or issues however anytime I would submit a request (normal wear/tear minor repairs) the problem was met timely, professionally and respectful. My most recent request was for my security panel and Andy stopped by to make the necessary repairs - always friendly and helpful to assure it's completed to my satisfaction. The worst apartment experience I have ever had — and it put my baby’s health at risk! I don’t even know where to begin. I absolutely do NOT recommend this apartment complex or their management. As a doctor, I’ve lived all over the U.S. for work — from coast to coast — and never have I experienced something as terrible, unprofessional, and neglectful as this place.
