Lead Management was awful and extremely unprofessional, the contributing factor to why my family and I left. (Alyssa) The pool was only open for 1 month. The “gate” is wide open 90% of the time. Maintenance was great with up keep of the neighborhood, one of the only good things. Their A/C and heat system is very new and high tech but broke around 5 times in one year so you can’t control the temp in the place you live and if it was a Friday your stuck till Monday with the customer support being nonexistent. Maintenance responded quickly, however they left a mess for me to clean up. My only other complaint about these apartments is that the fans in each room do not have lights, so each room needs a lamp and good luck figuring out which outlet is controlled by the light switch!
Maintenance always promptly responds to my requests and resolves the issues quickly.
