This place is run like a HS. There is NO communication with staff. Staff is weak and inept. The staff is lazy. The programs they offer are childish and a joke. Plus for a bonus they have a therapist that breaks HIPAA regularly. You want real help - STAY FAR AWAY. They will take your money and care less about your health. RUN!!
I absolutely loved this place. The counselors are amazing and so are the recreational therapist. The nurses for the most part all care and it was an excellent experience.
The staff is really great and they have good extra curricular type activities. The food is good too. I recommend this place especially if you need to do like a medical detox.
If I could put negative zero I would. This place truly does not care about the patients I seen so many sign out when they’re wanting to get help.. this place really needs to focus on the care of the patients. I’ve been here twice and signed out twice. My own kind disrectspectic me twice and it’s so easy for sold called counselors to just let you leave instead of really trying to help us stay. I was ready to finish the detox I had day left of detox left but ended up signing out thanks to a man who’s my own color let his pride... read more
