I was looking for a plumber, carpenter, handyman for my mom, so I called. The person who answered was very rude. She laughed in my face and hung up after I asked for a carpenter and handyman. She stated she was not a contractor. I explained I was looking for a handyman. She repeated "that's what I said, I am not a contractor.". Well it is not my fault that she named her business The Turn Key Handyman, and so I thought she was a handyman.
