The Turkeyfoot Inn in Confluence has, by far, the best view in the whole town. We are conveniently located to everything so you have no need for shuttles. You can ride your bike to the grocery store or to one of our picturesque restaurants. The Allegheny Passage bike trail is just a very easy 3 minute bike ride away. I stayed here in late July during our bicycle trip from Pittsburgh to DC 3 professional adults on vacation). Diane was an excellent and attentive host, the upstairs apartment was immaculate, with beautiful views right on the river. Nicest place in Confluence, and one of the nicest stays I have ever expeienced. A few great restaurants a short walk away in town. Highly reccomended!
We just spent a long weekend at the Turkeyfoot Inn with our family and rented the entire place for a fourth year in a row. The entire property is immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Some people traveled to Ohiopyle. Some fished and some kayaked. Others just relaxed. Some dined in the area. The food was excellent. There are some nice bars.
