I had always had good experience with tumble club until one day I went a few weeks ago and every single dryer was down multiple people paid 5x and machines weren't working. Had to go to another location 20 mins away and they needed signs outside to say dryers weren't working. They also said they would pay us back all our money but they never did. They lied

honestly this place looks modern and clean so I thought let’s go for it - even though the washing and drying is more expensive as in other places - the card reader has some misfiring at the moment - they deducted the washing charge 3 times from my account without my mashine being able to start or wash - same for the dryer, paid 11 bucks, mashine didn’t started, I called, they activated but for less time than what I paid for - in total 50 bucks for a very stressful and unsatisfying wash.
