The atmosphere here is the most welcoming and genuine. Somehow Lori, the owner/trainer/instructor, is able to offer a perfect blend of hard work and fun! I love all the classes, which is a wonderful addition to my private training sessions. I strongly recommend The TUFF Trainer to everyone!
I have been a member of various gyms in the past, but none have held my interest for long until I stumbled upon The T.U.F.F. Trainer. Lori knows her stuff and keeps things interesting - never boring. You won't be sorry you made the switch!
