I went for Zumba on a Tuesday evening...it was fun, engaging, and we Zumba'd for a 45 minutes! There are many things to do there as well. Lots of classes and personal training also!
Just finished my 4th workout as part of SGT -small group training, and im loving it! I plan to join another group when it starts up. I am a bit rusty and haven't worked out much since moving to the area. I feel so welcome, supported and challenged all at the same time here and that is so hard to find. Thanks Lori!!
The atmosphere here is the most welcoming and genuine. Somehow Lori, the owner/trainer/instructor, is able to offer a perfect blend of hard work and fun! I love all the classes, which is a wonderful addition to my private training sessions. I strongly recommend The TUFF Trainer to everyone!
