Levi was super helpful and patient in helping us decide on which tub to choose for our situation. He was very patient on the phone and helped us feel confident in our decision. We ordered a deep soaking tub for our new bathroom and couldnt be happier with the purchase. It's gorgeous! Tub connection was delightful to deal with right from the start. They answered all my 50,001 questions very patiently and were super helpful when we needed more plumbing parts because our house is 250 years old. Our builder said it's the nicest clawfoot he's ever seen. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I can't say enough about how much I loved the service that Levi and his team provided for us. We purchased a home recently and wanted to renovate the guest bathroom. While doing some work on the lighting, I dropped some tools and cracked the frosted glass countertop on the vanity. I found online a slightly damaged tub they were selling at a reduced price--hardly a customer that was going to make them a lot of money--but the customer service was outstanding--good old-fashioned informed actual human beings who will go the extra mile to help. And we're very happy with the tub we received.
