I recently had the pleasure of shopping for shoes for my son, and I cannot thank Bec enough for her exceptional assistance. From the moment I walked in, Bec was incredibly patient and took the time to understand my son's needs. She provided detailed information about the various options available, helping me make an informed decision. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I had really good customer service today served by young lady name Lily after coming upset from shoes and Sox as them customer service was so bad. Thank you Lily you made me feel better with your smile and welcome feeling to your store. You are such a beautiful soul and your customer service was over 5 star. Thank you again and I’ll be back to purchase more from you.
I bought three pairs of shoes for my kid and one pair doesn’t fit. The staff rejected my return request. She was chatting with another staff all the time and eating chips while serving customers. She said online sale item can only be exchanged. I exchanged another pair while many shoes had no stock of the size I want. According to the T&C on website, you can return online item in the nearest store and sale item is not excluded. I just wanted to say Bec was so helpful this morning (Saturday). She was by herself but she didn’t let it feel that way. The store was full of people needing help but she was able to get to everyone and not only answer everyone’s questions but help check all the sizes. She had such an upbeat attitude and didn’t let anyone leave feeling neglected or ignored.
What a lovely selection of shoes. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and answered every one of my questions. Although the store didn’t have what I originally came in for, Rebecca was able to help me find an alternative. Will definitely be returning.
