Worst experience ever. Visited shop twice, no staff member visible. Finally knocked on store room door and very unhappy staff member asked what we wanted.Asked for a shoe size, 2 seconds later were told they didn’t have it. No option offered. Told to try another store. On the way past again, still no staff member visible !
Just purchased 2 pair of Adidas shoes for my grand children. I showed the girl in the shop a picture of both types that there mother sent me. Long story short, neither in stock. I can order them for you, free delivery. She ordered on line and gave me the receipt. I looked at the description and one pair was wrong. I showed her this. Correct ones not in stock either. I had really good customer service today served by young lady name Lily after coming upset from shoes and Sox as them customer service was so bad. I bought three pairs of shoes for my kid and one pair doesn’t fit. The staff rejected my return request. She was chatting with another staff all the time and eating chips while serving customers. She said online sale item can only be exchanged. I exchanged another pair while many shoes had no stock of the size I want. According to the T&C on website, you can return online item in the nearest store and sale item is not excluded.
