My child gets overwhelmed at the shops and has some sensory issues. I went to Trybe and spoke with Eef to narrow down the shoes my child should try. Eef got them out and had the shoes we needed waiting on the counter, so when I took my child in they didn't have to wait and we could get in and out with minimal fuss. Eef's kindness in dealing with my child was brilliant.

Went in store with My Grandaughter Told the sales person what we were after . My Grandaughter was told to hurry up and take her shoes off ( converse) as they had other things to do , she was spoken to very rudely. l looked at him and said do you want our business or not .
