Poor customer service when asked whats on sale he replied prices listed underneath the shoes
Our son struggles immensely with finding shoes that he is happy to wear due to sensory issues. It is always a very stressful task to go shoe shopping with him due to the fact that he also gets very overwhelmed very quickly with the process. My child gets overwhelmed at the shops and has some sensory issues. I went to Trybe and spoke with Eef to narrow down the shoes my child should try. Eef got them out and had the shoes we needed waiting on the counter, so when I took my child in they didn't have to wait and we could get in and out with minimal fuss. Eef's kindness in dealing with my child was brilliant.
Very bad service. Yells at kids
