Attorney Ryan helped my elder Chinese parents create their Living Trust. At first my parents only wanted to create wills and wanted to add me on their house title, but it was explained that for capital gain purposes it was preferable for the house to be transferred to me via living trust. We spent a few thousand dollars to save a few hundred thousand dollars. What a deal.
