It is recognized that trusses are a vital element of any building construction process, which requires significant engineering and design reviews to make sure they properly fit. A design review showed some deficiencies in the dimensions and fit of the trusses that were ordered for our project. They will bring you trusses late and they dont provide the hardware neccessary to put the trusses together. Customer service is awful. Dont ever pay them full amount until delivered and checked. This is the worst truss company I ever had to work with in my 18 years of framing
After waiting more then 6 months for The Truss Co to design trusses for a 18x24 garage, I canceled the order and asked for my deposit back. I had to wait months for the refund check. Their check bounced as soon as I deposited it. Beware of this company
