I received my second order and it somehow was damanged. I contacted The True Products customer service. And, I must say, I was overwhelmingly pleased with how the issue was handled. At first the gentleman was going to ship me another order. However, he decided to personally deliver it to me since I lived close by. The order was replace the same day! Great cusomer satisfaction. The laundry detergent works great and I love the smell. I highly recommend this company!

Great products. Smell amazing, gets stains out even oil if you use it right away. Fabric softener is nice. I've been a regular customer for a year now and plan on continuing to buy from this company. Only down fall is I have to order it online. Can't find it on the shelf in the store in California or Washington.
