Dominic Kurtz was very professional and honest about everything. And I can say they really want to help you get into something that's perfect for you without remorse later. This is my 2nd purchase from this Truck store and both experiences were flawless. I dont think ill be shopping anywhere else for my vehicles!
I am extremely disappointed with the misleading experience I had at this dealership. I received a voicemail from JP explicitly stating that I was approved with no money down and ready to roll. Based on that promise, I made an appointment and spent 4.5 hours at the dealership, only to be told the exact opposite. Despite the initial "no money down" assurance and them already knowing my credit situation, they demanded $4,000 down. Bought a truck from the Dover location (which has since then closed) in September and this has been the worst experience by far that I've had purchasing any vehicle anywhere. Took over a month for them to set me up to get the sun roof fixed. The whole three months of the t-tag they never contacted me to let me know it needed to go through inspection to get the hard tags and registration. They actually told me the day I bought it, that it had already been inspected. I paid for an extra month t-tag out of my pocket and still h... read more
