I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Troy as-is back in June, but it turns out the engine has a blown head gasket. I’m not looking to give you a hard time about it at all. I have reached out to you ( you never answered or returned my calls) and was just really hoping you could recommend a good mechanic who knows these 3.6 Pentastar engines well.
Went by today and they are closed. No building, no cars whatsoever

I came across a vehicle that I was interested in on both cars dot com, and on their website. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week. I have submitting contact request on cars dot com, have called them, and have emailed them with the contact information on their website. Over a week later and not even a single courtesy reply. If they can't even respond to a phone call or email pre-sales, I'd hate to see what to expect during the payment and post-sales. Highly disappointed.
Super friendly and patient while I dealt with my bank. Did feel rushed or anything. Highly highly highly recommend.
