The guys here care about what they do, my purchase/install didn't go as I had expected it to go, but Brady and the team here really care, and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I would of left the 6/5 star review, but some things out of everyone's control makes me feel like 4/5 stars is fair.

The crew went above and beyond not only to get my needs met for what I wanted on the truck, but they also helped fix an issue that had been plaguing me for some time as well.
Stopped in during my search for a replacement lock on my Canopy. A competitor beforehand lost my business as he continued to answer phone calls without addressing my query. The Truck Outfitters were able to replace the lock and repair some minor malfunctions immediately and affordably. They provided water for my pup, as well, which was extremely kind of them despite Louie’s persistent search for a place to give it back inside the showroom. (He never got to make that expression.) Thankyou for the great customer service.
THANK YOU GUYS!!! God did they save me. Horrific experience almost everywhere else to try and get a bike rack installed to the new hitch I had put in. Guys at truck outfitters were super friendly, efficient and great price too. Guy even sacrificed his donut - put it on the ground to show me how to use the new rack. Just all round solid team. Highly recommend. Will be spreading the word.
