Where to start…extremely polite and easy to deal with owners, location is great with private access to the river for fishing, home was clean and available earlier than anticipated! The communication with the owners was prompt and they even gave us local options in the home for food etc. the interior was pleasant to have family over for dinner and a movie and the yard was perfect for kiddos as well as the home was well stocked with any family basics needed! 10/10 Carter county gem
The Trout House was just simply amazing! It is perfectly located close to town and restaurants. Parking is very spacious, and the home was extremely clean. It was bitterly cold the weekend we were there in February, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area or the riverside dock. However, the sunsets from the dock are beautiful.
This place is by far the best rental in the area. The hosts are so kind and helpful. The house is in a perfect location with access to the river. The house is clean, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful! Plenty of parking, ceiling fans in each room, TVs in each room and all the amenities you could ever ask for. If you're visiting the area, book the Trout House! Thank you all for hosting our family twice now. 😁
