Broken promises. Be very careful if considering the memory care community at The Trousdale. My family was made promises about accepting my 95 year old Aunt with dementia into memory care and my 88 year old uncle into assisted living. Months ago, four family members, on various visits, told the sales person that my Aunt was difficult, being verbally abusive. Our top priority was proper care for her. We were all told “no problem”.
