I generally remove bad reviews after awhile just because I feel bad but this guy is beyond horrible. He’s never fixed my trolling motor, it comes back after months works for a day and breaks. I wouldn’t call that fixing I’d call that for what it is. A rip off, don’t send your motor here never even picks up the phone

If I could give zero stars I would. Had my motor for three months With literally zero communication. Does not answer calls text and good luck trying to find the hours when they’re in the shop went by seven times during office hours with No one there. Finally found a day when the door was open and got my motor with a bill on it, and it was literally worse than when I dropped it off. Excellent service as well as communication in diagnosis of issues with the motor. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future for all repairs.

Under no circumstances should you waste your time with this shop. I brought my Minn Kota Ulterra in for a warranty repair in October and was told it would take about a week, maybe a little longer. I’ve had this motor repaired before, and similar issues were diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours at other service centers. Two weeks later, I called for an update and was told they “hadn’t been able to figure it out yet.” I waited another two weeks and received the same response.
