Under no circumstances should you waste your time with this shop. I brought my Minn Kota Ulterra in for a warranty repair in October and was told it would take about a week, maybe a little longer. I’ve had this motor repaired before, and similar issues were diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours at other service centers. I would be careful using this guys service. I had a very bad experience with him. Left trolling motor to be repaired. Zero communication from him. I tried to call and text but no response. Stopped by two weeks later and he said my circuit board was bad but could not get one for three more weeks. I made one phone call and drove to St Pete and got a circuit board ($400). Dropped it off with him and came back the next day. He had a box of parts with my motor that he said was bad and a $700 ticket No way all these parts went out... read more
Allegedly he is a great guy and does good work. However I would not know. 3 phones calls over the course of 2 weeks, 2 clear voicemails left, no callback, no text. Will take my business elsewhere.
