The building housing the upscale Trident has a wealth of history to enrich the fine dining experience to be found here. Built in 1898, it is still replete with the elegance of that bygone age with its rich redwood paneling, mural on the ceiling and ornate decorative motifs. Great service, decent food, and insane views. Would definitely recommend a drink and light lunch here if in town.
Stopped at Trident after biking across the Golden Gate Bridge — such a perfect spot to unwind! They kindly offered free bike parking, which was a great bonus. The oysters were absolutely fresh and flavorful, and the fried calamari and shrimp were perfectly crispy and delicious. Great food, welcoming service, and unbeatable views. Highly recommend! 🦪🚲🌉
