The building housing the upscale Trident has a wealth of history to enrich the fine dining experience to be found here. Built in 1898, it is still replete with the elegance of that bygone age with its rich redwood paneling, mural on the ceiling and ornate decorative motifs. Great food and great service. Oysters were small but very fresh and rich, loved them with the vinegar sauce. Beautiful view. Shrimp po boy crushed the expectations. 2 aperol spritzes, very good
The food here was delicious! My waiter seemed a little off, not sure how to describe it and there were a lot of flies clustered around the restaurant. I would probably opt to order out moving forward.
I didn't enjoy my experience
This place is awful. Our server brought us waters, took our order, then we never saw him again. My wife and I had to refill our own waters multiple times. The manager even watched me put the pitcher back and said nothing. Other servers saw us and did nothing. The place was maybe half full and I received the worst service I've experienced in a very long time.
