Tiz is a great instructor she helps you, she watches you to make sure you're doing your weights right I recommend this workout to anybody. If you haven't done it before don't worry you start off at your own pace and you go from there.
I’ve been with Tribe now for 2 years and couldn’t be happier!! I came from a competitive triathlon and running bak ground for many years. Now in my early 50’s Tribe has helped me feel stronger than I ever was in my 40’s. Tribe has helped my wife and myself in our profession of Chiropractic which is very physical. Tribe has a family vibe to it and every time you walk in the door you feel welcome and ready to give it your best!! Thanks Tribe for all you do.
