My father and I have lived here for 5-6 years. A few years ago I would have probably given a 4 star. The cost of rent goes up yearly here while it seems that the quality of living gets worse. I notified the office staff and maintenance staff of mold growth around my window in December of 2024. Nothing has been done to remediate this, so I sleep with mold growth about 5 feet from my bed for the last 8 months. The window leaks water during heavy rain. Pet waste is also a massive issue here. Very nice place to live
This place is NOT worth your time or MONEY. If you order anything online and have it delivered to you, IT WILL BE STOLEN happened to my Daughter several times. She has seen roaches in her apartment when asked about getting the pest control service she paid for every month nothing was done. Not to mention the office staff is very unprofessional and should be fired. Nothing ever gets done if you have an issue with anything in your apartment.
