Absolutely the worst experience living here! Management does everything they can to avoid you and is never in the office. Phone calls don’t even go to voicemail and they absolutely will not fix anything!! Please avoid giving these individuals your money, they will gouge you for it.
James The maintenance tech is awesome, I seen him riding around on property and I stopped him to ask if he can give me a filter and he was able to do it no problem without me having to put a work order in.
Hello, anyone that is thinking about moving in here should highly reconsider. We moved in with there being no ac and they refused to fix it. Now when we have moved out they are not giving us our security deposit back and are making us pay them for damages we put in to have them fix or damages that were disclosed to us before we moved in. New renters beware! Stayed here for 2 years and NEVER had my air filter changed even though they schedule to come into the apartment to do so. If you need to reach out to the leasing office. Goodluck. They are awful at communicating with the tenants. Had our water turned off and never got an email saying they were turning off the water. They started charging me pet fees halfway through my second lease all because they didn't catch it my first year and a half here. I told them we had 2 pets when we first moved I'm too.
