James the maintenance man was super helpful and quick! He made sure everything was good before he left ☺
The customer service is terrible. We applied months ago and were denied and our application fees were supposed to be returned. NOONE has answered our Emails, phone calls as if it's okay to charge 200 in a processing fee which is a scam..the special stated if denied application fees would be refunded By Alex Meredith
lol this place is a joke, don’t waste your time. $260 application fee is only refundable if you’re denied. Then you have to pay thousands with The Guarantors. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person, it’s all AI. These people are crooked.
Husband and I loved these apartments. It's very well maintained and the layouts are roomy and open. The price was reasonable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the layout was pretty nice. Loved the sunroom. Are only major complaint was we had a neighbor upstairs for about 5 months that wrestled with a great Dane and pit bull pup at 2 AM and that was very unpleasant. Management was sympathetic at the very least. Lots of great memories here!!!
Absolutely the worst experience living here! Management does everything they can to avoid you and is never in the office. Phone calls don’t even go to voicemail and they absolutely will not fix anything!! Please avoid giving these individuals your money, they will gouge you for it.
