So far we are loving our new home! The availability to set my trash out and they will pick it up for us is definitely a bonus! We had a small problem with our toilet and James with the maintenance team came to fix it. He was in and out in just a few minutes and very friendly! Thank you James!!
Update- dropped from 3 stars to 1 because of their continued incompetence. They are trying to nickel and dime me MONTHS after I’ve moved out and closed my account. Don’t do business with these people. It’s amateur hour all day, everyday. This is a decent, market-rate apartment in a fairly safe community. There are several highlights, including pet-friendliness and flexible lease terms. The unit I had was outdated but fairly clean and in working order.
