While this used to be my favorite spa in Houston, I will never use their spa again. I recently purchased a generous gift card for my daughter in law and she scheduled her treatments for an afternoon in Feb. The day of her treatments her 2 yr old woke up with fever and after a Dr appt discovered she had the flu. This diagnosis was right before her appointment. After a phone call and email I have discovered that a very sick child is not an emergency and they refuse to even consider rescheduling or reimbursing for the gift card... read more
I was very leery to try this spa due to a lot of of the reviews, I have to say that I disagree with almost all of them. The spa is big, beautiful, and catered to my every need. The staff was very attentive willing to go above and beyond for anything that I possibly needed. I had a wonderful massage and spent the entire day using the facilities. It is a high-end spa so the prices are high-end, including drinks and food, but that’s to be expected in booking at a high-end spa.
