I spent my birthday here and had a fabulous time! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Donald gave me a wonderful massage, and I can't wait to come back!
I got derma-planning during my brightening facial today and the technician shaved a small chunk of my eyebrow. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she somehow didn’t realize it. I didn’t look closely at my eyebrows after the facial because why would I? But I noticed it once I got home and showered. This has never happened before at any of the other spas I’ve visited. I’m so disappointed. It was my first and last time here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Trellis Spa inside The Houstonian. I booked a 6 PM couples massage appointment, but unfortunately, I had an unforeseen emergency. I tried to notify the spa at 6 PM, but was unable to get through to anyone. The following day, I was informed that their phones shut off at 6 PM, which seems odd since my appointment was scheduled for that time.
