I attended my son's appointment for a possible ABA therapy. I left the assessment feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. Richard, who was not originally supposed to conduct the assessment, mentioned he "wasn't a psychiatrist or anywhere near a doctor," yet still advised me that my son appeared to be at a level 2-3. Our son just lost his fourth therapist in under a year. Number three stayed for one day! The fourth one was excellent! She stayed the longest, at eight months. However, they have no idea when we are going to get a new one. They also want to increase his therapy from three hours a day to five. He's only 2 1/2.

APPLICANT BEWARE... They are only taking new clients if you commit to 20 hours of ABA therapy a week and they don't have behavioral technicians that work weekends. Had I know this up front I wouldn't have wasted my time with intake process or given these people my personal information. I was also on their wait-list 5+ months before someone from their management team called me to try to schedule anything. Very unethical behavior.

I strongly advise against seeking employment with this company, as my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. After being hired and successfully completing the onboarding process, I was informed that the opportunity for employment would not be continued. Lies to gain employees Shanna will lie about quality of clinc, hours for staff and ethical practices of ABA. BCBA Richard hardly on the floor. BCBA and clinical director Debbie is a old woman with a rude attitude. Clinic breaks the law having paid lunches for staff wile we continue billing ABA under our code for the lunch. They allow children to roam with not transition or schedule for staff. Absolutely NO ORGANIZATION.
