We travel the world to personally select each supplier after conducting an on-site inspection of their facility and witnessing their harvest and pressing process. All our Extra Virgin olive oils must be from a single estate - not a co-op or distributor. The olives must be hand-picked then pressed within 8 hours of harvest. What an nice place to taste and learn about olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The balsamic here is the real deal. A little goes a long way. I love the white balsamic on desserts, fruit and yogurt. Plenty of beautiful home and kitchen accessories and wine selection that have been chosen for their quality and uniqueness. We try to visit once a month to get refills
