We travel the world to personally select each supplier after conducting an on-site inspection of their facility and witnessing their harvest and pressing process. All our Extra Virgin olive oils must be from a single estate - not a co-op or distributor. The olives must be hand-picked then pressed within 8 hours of harvest.
