2 rooms were booked at The Tree Motel. We had room 9. It had vinyl floor which was very noisy on the joint lines. As you sat on the bed, It slid on the floor. We purchased kitchen sponges and cut it up and placed it under the bed wheels to keep the bed in place. The room was in need of an update. I wore my thongs in the shower as it did not look clean. The toilet was in a very cramped space, your knees were in danger of bumping into the sink cabinet and your arm damaged on the toilet roll holder. Very poor bathroom layout. T... read more

After driving for 12 hours all I wanted to do mid afternoon was lie down however my room was right next to the laundry and all afternoon staff were coming and going and banging the screen door which is very annoying I understand they have a job to do but gee they were loud.. Also I couldn't fill the kettle so I had to fill it from the shower, once everything calmed down it was ok
