I ordered a simple file of a family crest on The Tree Maker's website (listed under "Emailed Coat of Arms - $19.95). They were supposed to email the file within 3 business days. This was not a product they would have to manufacture... just a high quality jpeg of the crest... shouldn't take too long. So I gave them 3 days and decided to email on the 5th day. No response.
