I wanted to like these guys. They were vets and seemed trustworthy, so when they asked me to pay my bill and promised someone would be by to finish the job later, I believed them and paid. They never finished the job and wouldn't refund for the unfinished work or tip.

The team for The Tree Doctor was spectacular. Communication was great, showed up as promised and on time for the initial look and estimate. Sent an electronic estimate and fit me into the schedule within two weeks. The team arrived when scheduled and took care of the huge dead pine within a couple of hours. My wife and I had to be in the big city, and could not watch them work, but the neighbors told us that they were smooth, meticulous and professional. Drew and his crew did wonderful job for us ~ cut up and hauled off a downed tree from a recent storm. Good Communication would highly reccomend for tree service. They worked HARD !
