This company was hired by our rental property agency. The gentleman showed up first thing the next morning to repair our irrigation system. Discovered and Informed us of serious issues and notified our rental company immediately. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to make the repairs!! He was so nice and informed, helping us with everything!! If you have issues with your irrigation system, this is your company!!
The person that left a 1 star review probably caught Fabio on a bad day. Because Fabio and 1 young guy just completely fixed everything in my backyard that I haven't been able to fix myself. They went above and beyond what I expected done. Would definitely recommend this business.
Horrible communication. Fabio does not follow through on his appointments. This company had an appointment with me and never showed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Again I waited and they didn't show up. No phone call, nothing. I had an urgent sprinkler issue and due to both times not showing up my lawn is going downhill. Now to get in with another company is a waitlist because its peak season. Very disappointed! I guess my job wasn't big enough or important enough for his schedule!
