Great small town family business with friendly staff.
SAD,!! DISAPPOINTED !! Was a special place to my mom who passed on, my husband and I took a couple pieces of jewelry to be repaired, just had an awful experience, not so much with quality of work but so much with the customer service, Having worked in the customer industry for many years I must say this was an awFUL experience ,sadly this place is a service failure,The website really draws you in but I did not have that experience, of all the great Jewery places around I choose TREASURE CHEST only for nostalgic reasons ,,,,s... read more
Had excellent service. Received a watch band for Christmas that needed to be sized. She did it perfect the first time. They were friendly and knowledgeable.
Where do I start!? First of all this is my favorite jewelry store. Everyone is always so friendly. I stopped in yesterday, and Terri went above and beyond to help me. She even did things she did not have to. Thank you to my favorite jewelry store for always going above and beyond. Saw a few things to add to my Christmas list yesterday too.
