Fiona has been looking after both our Labs for awhile now , & unfortunately we had to have our 16yr old black Lab Rosie put to sleep at home earlier this week . I cannot express enough how grateful Michelle & myself are for your caring & compassionate way that you went about it . Your professionalism in explaning the whole process is incredible Fiona . Fiona is one in a million. I had the unfortunate visit with Fiona coming to our home last week to send our 14 yr old Ned off to puppy heaven. Her professionalism, compassion, caring nature was next level. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at such a devastating time for us.
