Obviously a Dr who thinks his time is more valuable than his patients. Made an apt months ago and called to confirm before I left. Sat in the waiting room 45 mins past my apt and the Dr was nowhere in site and patients still waiting ahead of me. Of course no apologies. While waiting I made an apt with travel clinic in Burlington and drove there immediately and recieved my shots within minutes. I would probably still be waiting had I not left. The consultation fee was $20 cheaper as well.

I just called and spoke with the admin staff. She was extremely rude and advised me that this doctor is a family doctor and does not have enough time to assist in an appointment for travel. I called right after booking my flights with plenty of time before I go away. I wasn’t bothered by not being able to book in, it was the way/tone the receptionist spoke to me. She stated you were mainly a family doctor and that is why there wasn’t time to book in, and then hung up the phone on me as I was in mid sentence saying, thank you... read more

Best doctors office in the area!! Amazing staff! The nurses Mary Pam and Shannon are so caring and comforting and dr. O (walter) is a great man! They saved me from meltdowns and just really care. Don’t know what I’d do without them! Thankyou!
