The agents are very rude and failed to perform their job professionally. They claimed they were unable to find flights on their site that were available on the airline’s website. Upon speaking with the agent’s supervisors, they were able to locate the flights that agents were “unable” to find. This lack of efficiency coupled with a very rude demeanor made this experience very unpleasant. I am not sure if I just had a bad experience with one of their representative but I for one will not be using this company for my travel needs anymore. The person who booked my hotel for me was always away when I called and was not very helpful. Logically, the whole company is not responsible but it was disappointing.
