Not Sure What the purpose is I had never used a travel agent, and this one came highly recommended. The agent wouldn't return my calls for over a week, and I think only did then because I complained to the girl who recommended her. The trip she quoted me was not on the cruise line I requested, and was way over the price I could book it for myself on the internet. So I don't understand why you'd use a travel agent. It's way too much trouble and expense.
