Was very helpful to planning my vacation
Me and my wife were taking about a week long trip to Italy, and it was our first time going outside of the States, so I thought it might be good to go through a travel agent. Unfortunately, the agent was overall not very helpful. Trying to make last minute travel arrangements......got an email with one suggestion for lodging that they couldn't really back up as an agency....my friend and I really wanted to work with this group based on their reputation.... felt kinda dismissed..oh well there is next time. Will try again for sure.
