TERRIBLE!! EVERYTHING WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. MASON WAS LATE TO THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. WE SCHEDULED APPT 2 WEEKS AHEAD, GOT THERE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE MY INSURANCE VERIFIED. HE WAS VERY FOCUSED ON THE MONEY & PAYMENT. WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF THERAPY. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS SLOPPY. DO BETTER.
Super easy to meet with my counselor Mason evey week. For a long time I was against virtual sessions. Today, I have never met Mason face to face. That being said l, this is the most productive I have ever been with EMDR specifically. I would recommend that everyone at least try virtual for one month or a few sessions to see how they like it. With direct interface and links to platforms like zoom it's just a few clicks and I'm in session.
