I had a transplant at Research this past April - I'm very happy with their medical care across the board , from the surgeon to the transplant nephrologists & APRN's/RN's. My recent experience at the front desk was extremely concerning and embarrassing. Gayla, the receptionist, was rude, condescending and unprofessional. We have had the best care & treatment with this team. My husband is a kidney transplant patient. The nurses on the transplant floor were Amazing!! Rhianna was so caring, as if we were her only patient, such an amazing nurse.
