Mike at Jones Auto referred my friend to Kyle. I referred her to Mike (best mechanic ever) so I knew he’d guide her to a great tranny guy. She had an amazing experience with Kyle. He was very pleasant, told her there were probably three potential problems with her transmission and how much each would likely cost. Turned out to be a wire that a squirrel had for a snack, the easiest and least costly thing to fix. Honesty and integrity is priceless. I knew Mike would know someone just like him!
I just wanted to say Kyle is a down to earth guy who really goes above and beyond to get your car working. He gave me 3 scenarios of what the problem was most likely going to be and methodically ruled each out until he figured it out. He was updating me all along the way. While other places said it could be $1600, Kyle gave me a $400 quote. In the end he found a more simple fix that cost even less! And my car feels like a new car. Thank you Kyle for getting my car working again and making this experience super stress free.
Took my 2001 toyota tundra in for a rebuilt transmission. (It had broke on the weekend) Since i couldn’t find any good shops near me ended up trusting kyle with the transmission. Turned out great, it took about a month or two don’t remember but he got it working and has been working well. Thank you Kyle because of you that old truck is working well. Kyle did our Avalanche 7 years ago. Came with a two year warranty. Converter wiped our trans at 1 yr 9 months. He warrantied it. So, when our Tahoe 4L65 went out last week, it was a no brainer. Call Kyle. I was so glad he answered. Just drove her home and she shifts like a dream. I recommend Kyle to everyone. He has already helped two other friends as well. About to do my brothers 6L80 too. This is THE place for fix your 6L80E. Do not go any where else. My 2010 PPV Tahoe tranny torque converter broke. I was fixing to sell the car but LUCKILY someone recommended this place to me. I spoke to Kyle who clearly is an expert in 6l80e’s. He informed me what needed to take place and I had the car towed there in the evening. The car was finished by 9am the NEXT morning.
