Benjamin I took my Honda Accord into the transmission clinic for their free diagnostics and it was determined that the transmission needed to be rebuild and it took 2 days just like they said . I would rate them as follows. Excellent Workmanship. Fair Prices. Excellent Warranty. I says fair on the price, because they were slightly higher than other transmission shops. if i compare apples to apples. transmission clinics 1 year warranty was cheaper than others 1 year warranty. I brought my truck in to fix what I thought was a tranny issue, turned out to be a mechanical issue, so they subcontracted with another shop to do the work on my truck without my approval, and used a floor jack on the front tie rod to lift my truck up, bending the tie rod and requiring a replacement. The owner first stated he didn't do it, then said it was the shop he used to sub contract the work - so I would have to contact them directly. Superb Job. Excellent Workmanship. A+ – I called for a price and was told that "You will find other transmission shops that will do it cheaper". SO I called around and did find 2 other shops that would do it cheaper. Then I started to think. why are the other shops only doing a 1 year warranty and The Transmission Clinic has a 3 year warranty. For the $200 difference I went with these guys and my jeep has NEVER shifted better. I would highly recommend.

Fastest Transmission Repair Ever – Took my H3 hummer in on Wends morning and picked it up by 5pm on the same day. Not the cheapest in town but had the best warranty. Called and got a quote and was exactly what I was told.

Terrible Transmission Repair – Terrible communication, wouldn't give a price quote or estimated time of completion. Ended up charging WAY more than expected and it took A MONTH of us calling for updates every day or two before they finally finished our car. Now there's an internal problem with the transmission and they're trying to tell us it's not covered by our warranty even though we've consulted other mechanics and they all say it definitely is.
