From the moment I walked into the Transformation Center, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to their clients’ well-being. The program provides a structured yet flexible approach to therapy, allowing for personal growth at a comfortable pace. I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact this place has had on so many people, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for compassionate, effective mental health care.
If you are considering The Transformation Center based on its Google reviews, please read this first. Many of the existing reviews were written before Dr. Raj Mukatira took over the practice in 2024. The center was literally undergoing a transformation with therapists leaving and new therapists were arriving around my discharge. The facility was also being upgraded and has an aesthetically modern, fresh appeal. Angel at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My therapist is no longer with TTC, so I won't rate therapists. I hate dropping my review down to 3 stars, but here's why: after you finish the program, you are gifted an "after care" treatment program where you can reconnect with your fellow mates and discuss life after treatment. This is offered free for the first 6 months after you're released. I was so looking forward to this part of the program but getting anyone to contact me regarding the service was like pulling teeth.
