Great location, staff, and services!
Don’t go here if you have chronic suicidal ideation because they will send you to the hospital. Also, they either tell you that you have to do a higher level of care, or you can’t come back. I think that they use this tactic when they want to get rid of you. I see that other people have also been sent to a higher level of care when they didn’t need to go, so I think that is how they get people they don’t like for whatever reason unfortunately to leave their facility. Zero stars if I could. I went to the Transformation Center in Memphis for IOP starting in mid-August, three days a week for about 2 ½ weeks. In that entire time, I only got two individual sessions. Group sessions were hit or miss — some were okay, but many felt like a complete waste because every time I tried to share, I was redirected to “bring it up in individual therapy.” Problem is, you only get one individual session a week.
