Zero stars if I could. I went to the Transformation Center in Memphis for IOP starting in mid-August, three days a week for about 2 ½ weeks. In that entire time, I only got two individual sessions. Group sessions were hit or miss — some were okay, but many felt like a complete waste because every time I tried to share, I was redirected to “bring it up in individual therapy.” Problem is, you only get one individual session a week. The classes and representatives were very helpful and kind.
I was very apprehensive about going to a mental health facility. The staff here is amazing with assisting me with my mental health issues and seeing myself in a different light. Angel and Andrea are the first two staff members I met, they helped my with all the paperwork, insurance, and leave from work. Anything I needed they were there. I really appreciate and miss the entire team. I felt welcomed.
