Each and every one at the center was caring and very understanding from the ladies at the front that greeted me every morning to each counselor that spent hours with us teaching us skills to help us in our daily life! I am beyond grateful for the transformation center and its impact in my life. The clinicians are amazing and care to see patients succeed! I felt safe, cared for, and came away stronger with better skills. My individual therapist was amazing, helped change my life, and gave me psycho-education on my diagnoses. Great location, staff, and services!
Don’t go here if you have chronic suicidal ideation because they will send you to the hospital. Also, they either tell you that you have to do a higher level of care, or you can’t come back. I think that they use this tactic when they want to get rid of you. I see that other people have also been sent to a higher level of care when they didn’t need to go, so I think that is how they get people they don’t like for whatever reason unfortunately to leave their facility.
