The classes and representatives were very helpful and kind.
I was very apprehensive about going to a mental health facility. The staff here is amazing with assisting me with my mental health issues and seeing myself in a different light. Angel and Andrea are the first two staff members I met, they helped my with all the paperwork, insurance, and leave from work. Anything I needed they were there. I really appreciate and miss the entire team. I felt welcomed.
The staff are professional and approachable and the group content is organized and valuable. My time there was difficult though as I was receiving care for an ED which they did not have the proper programming for. I also did not receive individual sessions every week as I was promised and received a lot of push back when I advocated for myself to have those individual sessions. The staff is AMAZING!! They provide you with the tools necessary for healing. No shame or judgement. Angel in reception is a real angel on earth!
