Very nice and comfortable rooms we did have a concern the first night with the stiffness of the New mattresses and the staff promptly accommodated us with a mattress topper which made a world of difference. The location is superior, and the staff was very friendly.
Excellent service made this stay stress-free! I had an issue with Booking.com and both Heather and Ashley were so accommodating while we worked to resolve the issue. There was no hassle and we were able to enjoy our time with family and friends! The only recommendation I have is to consider less firm mattresses and upgrading the beds to king size. Rooms, stairwells and landscaping are immaculate! I stayed two nights, my next stay will be for a week.
We had a magical stay from arrival to departure. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. This is a place where your every need is tended to by friendly and warm staff. We loved the location. Our suite was perfect.
