Came in for my first therapy session. Zach was great. I thought I was going in there to do shoulder rehab but after his evaluation we discovered it was a lat strain. Would highly recommended him for his treatment process.
Educated environment for therapy.
I had a fantastic experience here for my physical therapy. I originally started with Zack, who was absolutely amazing—highly knowledgeable, reassuring, and incredibly professional. He even gave me multiple great recommendations for places to go after my treatment was completed. For most of my sessions, Zack had me work under his supervision with his PT student, Rob. I cannot say enough good things about The Training Room. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am in my early thirties and have been coming to the training room over the past several years to address injuries related to several sports- Brazilian jujitsu, golf, weight training, flexibility, ect.
