This was my first time ever doing PT, and I was hopeful but also nervous. I met with Ryan, and he definitely lived up to his reputation of being one of the best, especially for runners. He took his time, patiently explained every diagnostic test and exercise, and gave me a clear plan moving forward. Not only do I feel confident in terms of properly healing my injury, but optimistic in learning how to run properly and avoiding future injuries.
Zack was very helpful. He examined me thoroughly. I appreciate his good advice. I would highly recommend him and the Training Room!
