Jonathan has done an awesome job with my grandson returning to throw program.
I have been a patient at the training room twice! And I constantly refer all my friends and family here. It is so nice to be 1:1 with your Physical Therapist and have dedicated time to ask questions + provide feedback. All my sessions were under an hour and my exercises were appropriate and challenging. Previously, I felt that I was prescribed a lot of volume with exercises I could have done at home by myself. You should absolutely receive Physical Therapy at the Training Room! You will not regret it
EXCELLENT! Great short, medium, and long term planning for an achilles aggravation!!
This was the best experience I have ever had with PTs. There are friendly and very well educated. They helped nurse both my knee and elbow back to 100%. And because of there help I entered my season stronger and better than ever.
