Great relaxed atmosphere but still with excellent coaching! Members are friendly and welcoming so too are the coaches!
After coming off a long term injury, I wanted to try something new to help get some mobility and fitness back, and thought why not give CrossFit a go. I have done 40 sessions with Hayden and the Training Lab. I have really enjoyed Hayden's coaching style and the community he has created. Seeing the new 8 week training program today has been reinvigorating. I came in with very average/poor fitness and am really making progress in both increasing my fitness, increasing my strength/muscles and also loosing some weight.
